At MNTM3, every product is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing Responsibility
Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about fit, feel free to contact us prior to purchasing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are sent into production and cannot be changed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MNTM3 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
