All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our products are made on demand, processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or new capsule drops.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available during select campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.
Multiple Shipments
Because our products are fulfilled through multiple facilities, items in the same order may arrive separately.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. MNTM3 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
